Fall 2017 Mock AP Test High Scores (Multiple Choice)

Each of these students should be proud of their work. Although we have only gone through one semester and the first three units, they have mastered the work to this point. Their performance on the multiple choice was excellent. 

However, it is only 40% of the AP Test score. The Short Answer Questions (20%) and the Document-Based Question (25%) & Long Essay Question (15%) account for the majority of the score.

Still the Multiple Choice is the largest percentage portion of the test with 40% going to your overall score. So it is important. These questions are not just rote memorization questions any longer. They involve skills (comparison, causation, continuity & change over time, understand time periods of world history, map, chart, graphic, passages to understand).
